Which one do you prefer? "Who says" or "Dices"
In my opinion, I think that the English version is better than the Spanish one. Dices doesn't say the same thing that Who says. So, I prefer the english version "Who says"

Selena Gomez Still Planning a Spanish Album

Hit the Lights singer Selena Gomez may have been busy lately working on new movies, however the star has revealed that she is still planning on releasing new music for her fans! In a recent interview, Selena explained that she still has an all-spanish album coming up for fans, along with a fourth studio album.
“It’s at an in-between stage, because I still want to put out a fourth record and also the Spanish record. So it’s just all timing. I have a few other songs to do and it will come out. I promise.” Selena said.
Right now, Selena has been promoting Hit the Lights, her newest single. Selena recently released a second version of the music video for the song. You can watch it right here.
